CRAB Annapolis Adaptive Boating Center

This group is an opportunity for community building through music. Structured by a board-certified music therapist, participants and their staff are invited to play instruments, dance, sing, and share songs they love with their fellow CRAB guests. Guests will have the chance to learn new instruments and express themselves creatively.

Mindful Well-Being Yoga will have a certified instructor to teach guests the benefits of yoga.

Mindful Well-Being will teach CRAB guests the art of yoga.

Annapolis Music Therapy will have a board-certified music therapist instruct CRAB guests to play instruments, dance, and sing. Guests will have the opportunity to express themselves creatively.
