Jonathan Forsberg is a Naval Officer and orthopaedic surgeon who practices at Johns Hopkins University. He has considerable expertise in the treatment of extremity sarcomas, metastatic bone disease, and osseointegration—a technology that transforms the lives of those living with major limb amputations. He is the principal investigator of several ongoing research efforts including FDA regulated multicenter clinical trials. Jonathan is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Bethesda Naval Hospital, a fellowship in orthopaedic oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and eared a PhD in applied bioinformatics from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Sweden.
Dr. Forsberg contributed to CRAB’s Strategic Planning Committee in 2020, and proudly joined the CRAB Board of Directors shortly thereafter.
